The IPCC, the world-leading authority on climate science and economics, published the final instalment of its global assessment on 2nd November. This briefing event, chaired by Lord Adair Turner, will analyse implications for the UK, including flood risks, the changing outlook for health services, demands on the military and business opportunities. Brief presentations will be followed by a Q&A.
